1. Returns Eligibility
You may return products.
The item is incorrect, faulty, damaged, or not as described.
Returns must be requested within 10 calendar days of delivery.
The item must be unaltered, and in original packaging.
A valid reason for the return must be provided.
Change-of-mind returns:
Accepted only if the item is in original condition.
Tawasul Point will arrange the return shipping, but the customer is responsible for shipping costs for change of mind.
2. How to Return an Item
Contact Us: Email info@tawasulpoint.sa with your order number and reason for return.
Receive Return Instructions: We will provide instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label.
Pack the Item Securely: Ensure the item is well-protected to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Item: Send it back using the provided courier or shipping method. Keep the tracking number for your records.
Returns that do not follow these steps may delay or prevent your refund.
3. Refunds
Refunds are issued via the original payment method.
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.
For cancelled orders, refunds will also be processed within 10 business days.

4. Replacements
Customers may request a replacement instead of a refund for faulty or incorrect items.
Shipping for the replacement is free of charge.
5. Warranty Policy
All devices purchased from Tawasul Point include a 12-month warranty:
Coverage:
Repair or replacement of defective parts under normal use.
Includes parts and labor for manufacturing defects.
Shipping for warranty pick-up and return will be provided by us.
Exclusions:
Damage due to misuse, accidental drops, liquid exposure, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.
Claim Process:

Device may be repaired or replaced depending on the defect.
6. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
Requests after 24 hours may not be accepted if the order is already processed or shipped.
