How long does it take to process an order?

• Orders are processed within 1 business day after payment confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
• You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order is dispatched.

What is the estimated delivery time?

• Handling Time: 1– 1 Business days (Monday to Saturday)
• Transit Time: 1– 2 Business days (Monday to Saturday)
• Total Delivery Time: 2– 3 Business days (Monday to Saturday)

Are there shipping charges?
No. Shipping is free on all orders within the KSA.

How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email or SMS. You can track your package in real time through our courier partner’s website.

Can I return a product if it’s faulty or incorrect?
Yes. If you receive a wrong, faulty, or not-as-described product, you’re eligible for a free return within 10 days of delivery.

Warranty Policy

Do Tawasul Point devices come with a warranty?
Yes. All devices include a 12-month limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What does the warranty cover?

Defects in materials and workmanship

Malfunctioning hardware or faulty components under normal use

What is not covered under warranty?

Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or liquid exposure

Unauthorized repairs or modifications

How do I claim warranty?

with proof of purchase. Depending on the issue, your device may be repaired or replaced with a new or certified unit.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them.

Cancellations made after 24 hours may not be accepted if the order has already been processed or shipped.

How will I get a refund for a cancelled order?
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method. Please allow up to 10  days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank or payment provider.
